The basic capital for an SRO is 200,000 kc.
This amount has to be in a bank account during the set up period of the company.
The bank account must belong to the company and be in the company's name.
If you buy a "shelf" company it is usual that this has been taken care of. When you transfer the com[any to your name you normally transfer an empty bank account over to the Jednatel. This is standard practice and Can be easily accounted for by a qualified accountant.
