Zivnostensky list trades
There are two different types zivnostensky list:
fyzicke; osoba and pravnicke osoba
Roughly translated they are for:
Personal/individual use and company (s.r.o.) use .
If you plan on working on your own zivnostensky list you will need a zivnostensky list for fyzicke osoba.
To have "working" S.R.O.you will need to have zivnostensky list attached to the company and you will need to apply for pravnicke osoby zivnostensky list .
Zivnostensky trades are split into:
permitted trades
and
vocational trades
and
unqualified trades
Some trades will require qualifications the person. This person is referred to as: odpovedne zastupce
