Sickness Insurance
Sickness Insurance is not the same as health insurance and is for when you are not able to work due to sickness.
If you are self employed contributions are voluntary.
Minimum Sickness Insurance payments in 2010 is 56 kc per month (not compulsory)
If you are an employee, sickness insurance is compulsory and deducted from your wages at source.

There are four types of payments provided from sickness insurance:

* Maternity benefits
* Care benefits
* Pregnancy and maternity compensation benefits
