3rd country zivnostensky list application
Applying for a zivnostensky List as a non EU citizen is a little complicated, because your visa is tied to your zivnostensky List and vice versa.
3rd country nationals do not have to register their zivnostensky list with the commercial courts. There was a changes in the law in January 2011 and the requirement has been removed.
An important step
Failure to do so will invalidate the relevant zivnostensky List and therefore your visa.
For your zivnost as a non third country national you will have to provide proof of Czech health insurance.
