Jednatel
A Jednatel is a company director (S.R.O.)
An S.R.O. may have more than one owner/director (to a maximum of 50)
To be a Jednatel you must:
* be at least 18 years years old
* be legally competent
* have no criminal
* submit proof that you, as individual, do not owe tax payments (if you run or have run a business in the Czech Republic)
