ICO
Identification number (ICO) is assigned by the administration of the CZSO Business Register to businesses.
If you're an EU citizen, your zivnostensky list will automatically include an eight-digit ICO.
NOTE:
If you're a non-EU citizen, you will normally need to register with the commercial court (obchodn1 soud).
The fee for this application is 5,000 Kc. Although this does not apply if you are married to an EU citizen, living in the country on a marriage visa. In such a case you would be under the zivnostenky law the same as a Czech citizen.
