EU Zivnostensky list application
The zivnostensky application process is not so complicated for EU citizens and the actual application takes five working days.
You should apply at the nearest zivnostensky offices.
Technically you can apply anywhere in the Czech Republic. But, it is better that you apply in the area that you live.

The application costs 1000 Kc and you will need:
A completed zivnostensky list application form.
Proof that your landlord has given his/her consent for business to be conducted on the property.
Your passport.
