Czech visa, where to apply
In the visa system not all countries are treated the same. One of the important factors that needs to be taken into account when considering applying for a Czech visa is, your country of origin.
The passport you hold determines where you can apply for a visa.
First of all family members of EU citizens may apply for visa at any Czech diplomatic mission.
Citizens of visa wavier countries can usually apply for a Czech visa inside the Schengen zone.
Most other visas have to be applied for outside the Czech Republic.
Visas are only issued by the Embassy/Consulate, where the application was submitted.
It is not possible to apply for a visa in one country and then pick it up in the Czech Republic.
You must collect the visa yourself at the end of the application process.
