SRO basic documents
You will need some basic documents if you intend to act as the Executive Director (Jednatel) of the company.
You will need
a valid passport
and a prosecution/conviction record from your home country
(only if/when your home country issues such a document)
An S.R.O. must have one or more Executive Director "Jednatel", who will exercise the commercial management of the company and act on behalf of the company in all legal matters.
(According to Czech law, a non Czech can serve as a Jednatel, even if they do not speak Czech, do not have any residence permit or visa for the Czech Republic and do not live in the Czech Republic.)
If you intend to be just a partner in a company and not the Jednatel, you generally only require a valid passport.
If there are two or more partners in the company, the total share of the partners and the profit sharing must be written in the founders deeds of the company.
